Communication could use improvement.

I recently stayed at a hotel near an airport and was pleasantly surprised by the low noise level. Despite being located a bit far from tourist attractions, the hotel provided excellent value for money. The staff were attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The room had a stylish design and the bathroom was well-equipped. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel location is great. It is within walking distance from a large exposition center and that is really handy. the rooms are modern and clean, and we had everything we needed in the bathroom. But the best aspects were the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. the breakfast had a great variety of items and the staff was always refilling and tidying up. the service was top-notch, they fulfilled all our requests and did it with a smile. It's nice to see a company where customer service is a priority.

The downside of the hotel is that it is quite remote from restaurants and touristic attractions. So without a car or Uber, it is a bit difficult to find dinner options.
